The company is certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) through the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization – New York (WPEO-NY).
WBENC is the nation’s leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America’s corporations, and is dedicated to advancing the success of Corporate Members, certified women’s business enterprises, and government entities in partnership with its Regional Partner Organizations. Artech India is certified as a women-owned business enterprise (WBE) by WeConnect, a formal verification for corporations that they are purchasing goods and/or services from women-owned businesses that meet universal standards for certification. The four criteria considered are ownership, management, control, and independence.

National Minority Supplier Development Council
Artech is certified as a minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) and Corporate Plus Member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). Artech’s NMSDC certification was issued by the New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council (NY-NJ MSDC – “The Council”). NMSDC’s exclusive Corporate Plus program recognizes Artech’s capabilities to support national contracts.
Artech was named the NMSDC National Supplier of Year in 2009 – the highest honor a minority supplier can receive. The company was also named the Regional NY & NJ MSDC Supplier of the Year in 2015.

Artech has a certificate of eligibility from the California Public Utilities Commission for its Supplier Clearinghouse Utility Supplier Diversity Program.
The CPUC’s supplier diversity program promotes and monitors supplier diversity in procurement by utilities and oversees a certification clearinghouse.
