Artech offers a broad range of SOW/project services developed to support clients’ software and infrastructure requirements.
Project delivery and management services play a critical role in today’s business environment. It is the art of balancing competing objectives, managing risks, and overcoming constraints to successfully deliver a product or service, which meets the needs of both clients and their end users.
Artech specializes in providing both a framework for managing process-intensive projects, as well as practical guidelines for planning, staffing, executing, and SLA monitoring.
Artech's SOW services are comprised of the following:
Team deployments for focused projects. Artech can be responsible for all elements of Human Capital Management (typically on a T&M basis). Day-to-day work is typically directed by the client.
SOW is usually “outcome-based” with delivery success measured by documented Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Artech is responsible for end to end consultant management and delivery.
Project Based Deliverables
Scope of work defines time-bound deliverables and invoicing is typically based on T&M or via defined milestones.
The objective of Artech’s Quality Policy is to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with all clients by assuring delivery of quality software products and services, which meet both their stated and implied needs and continuously improve processes for quality enhancements and human resource development.
To implement this policy, Artech operates and maintains a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, and SEI CMM standards.
The QMS is regularly reviewed for compliance and for its ability to meet established goals for client satisfaction and company needs.
Artech’s commitment is aimed at sustaining client satisfaction through quality measures and a committed approach.
Project Management Methodology
